What makes Light + Legacy Goods different?

Choosing a Light + Legacy Good means more than buying a product—it’s joining a movement of overcoming. We focus on creating meaningful, everyday pieces designed to feel thoughtful and timeless rather than trend‑driven. Because each item is made to order, we’re able to prioritize intention over excess—producing what’s needed, when it’s needed, with care at every step.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by standard U.S. shipping time based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Why is my item made to order?

As a print‑on‑demand brand, each product is created just for you after purchase. This helps reduce waste and ensures every item is produced with care.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders move quickly into production, changes or cancellations can only be made within a short window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help if we can.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since items are made to order, we typically do not accept returns for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. As we grow, we hope to expand shipping to additional countries in the future.

Do you offer gift options or personalization?

We love the idea of making our products even more meaningful. While we don’t currently offer gift packaging or personalization, these are features we hope to introduce in the future.

However, we do offer Gift Cards!

What if my package is delayed or marked delivered but I can’t find it?

Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by carriers or seasonal demand. If your package is marked delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out and we’ll guide you on next steps.
