Light + Legacy Goods is a print‑on‑demand business. Each item is made to order and shipped once production is complete. This policy explains how shipping works, what to expect for timelines, and how we handle delivery issues.

Order Processing Times

  • All items are made to order.

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be longer.

  • Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers and fulfillment partners (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international postal services). Carrier selection depends on product type, destination, and fulfillment location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product size and weight

  • Number of items in the order

  • Carrier rates

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.

Split Shipments

Because products may be produced at different facilities, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

  • Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Light + Legacy Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and work toward a resolution where appropriate.
