Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return, exchange, or refund request, please visit our self‑service portal:

You’ll be able to enter your order information and follow the guided steps for what you need. Our partner, Yancey Returns & Exchanges, helps manage and process all return requests.

Return Window

We offer a 14‑day return window. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange through the portal.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without first submitting a request through the returns portal will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, start a request through the returns portal as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested through the returns portal. If an exchange is approved, you’ll receive instructions on the next steps.

In some cases, the fastest way to receive a replacement item is to complete the return process and place a new order.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, instructions and any applicable return shipping details will be provided through the portal. Do not send items back before initiating the process, as they may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
